To book directly with us, fill out the booking request form on our website for the best rates and priority in choosing dates. You can also reach out via email. Our listing is available on VRBO and Airbnb as well, should you wish to deal with these well established travel companies. A rental agreement must be signed and submitted within 48 hours to secure your stay if you book on this site.

For bookings more than 30 days out, a 10% non refundable deposit is required. Payment in full must be received by 30 days from date of arrival. (See Cancellation Policy for further information).

Check in is 3 pm and check out is 11 am.

Our rates are $240 for one night, $200 for 2 nights, or $180 per night for 3 nights or more, plus 15% hst (federal/provincial sales tax) on all rates.

We accept e-transfers or credit card (4% fee added for all credit card). We also accept PayPal (PayPal payments are also subject to a 4% fee).

Cancellation Policy - Payment in full at time of booking if made within 30 days or less from check-in date, including a 10 % non-refundable deposit. Cancellations more than 15 days before check-in date will not lose any fees other than the forfeit of the non-refundable 10 % booking deposit paid at the time of booking. Cancellations 15 days to 3 days prior to check-in will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount. For any cancellations less than 3 days prior to check-in, no refund will be given. There are no refunds for late check-in, early departure, or reduction of nights reserved after the period 2 days before check-in. 

Occupancy is 2 adults (King sized bed)

Children are welcome, although we do not have a crib and we only have a king sized bed in the cabin.

There is no direct beach access on the property. Smugglers Cove is a 5 minute walk. Beautiful, sandy Mavillette Beach is less than a 10 minute drive.

The cabin has free wifi as well as a TV with satellite. The sunroom has its own free wifi and TV

The kitchenette has a Ninja Convection Oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig 2 type coffee maker, lobster/crab pot, cookware/dishes/utensils and kettle, washer/dryer

Oliver's Cove is a non-smoking property (house and sunroom). That includes the use of vapes. Smoking and vape use is allowed outdoors.

Nova Scotia has a moderate maritime climate with four seasons including mild summers, cool winters, and fog along the coast. The Atlantic Ocean influences the weather, leading to year round moderate temperatures.
