Cancellation Policy - Payment in full at time of booking, including a 10 % non-refundable deposit. Cancellations more than 15 days before check-in date will not lose any fees other than the forfeit of the non-refundable 10 % booking deposit paid at the time of booking. Cancellations 3 days prior to check-in will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount. For any cancellations less than 3 days prior to check-in, no refund will be given. There are no refunds for late check-in, early departure, or reduction of nights reserved after check-in. 

Security Deposit - A separate security/damage deposit of $100 must be received before check in by credit card. It will be refunded after check out, providing the property is left undamaged.
